Shipping:
Orders placed by 3PM central time zone Monday - Friday
normally ship the same day via UPS from Houston, TX.
Shipping cost will be added to your order if it under
$100.00 (except for pen order where only orders below $50.00
are charge for shipping). If your order is shipped within
the state of Texas or if drop shipped within your state (not
likely), sales tax will be added. We can't ship UPS to P.O.
Boxes. Free UPS ground shipping is only available within the
continental United States. PC&L doesn't export any of the
products listed on our web site. We will ship to US Military
locations outside the US via APO or FPO addresses through
the US Postal Service Mail via Priority Mail but the postage
will be billed to the order.
We have a $10.00 minimum order from our web site.
Credit cards - The billing name and address must
match the one entered on your order or your order will be
delayed or canceled. The billing and ship to address must be
the same on all residential shipments on non corporate/
business orders. The phone number must be entered and must
be correct on the order.
Warranties: All items are warranted by the original
manufacture. PC&L is an Authorized Service Center for
Kyocera-Mita Ecosys Laser Printers and performs warranty
service work.
Returns: All returns must have an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization ) number, a re-stocking fee of 15%
will be applied. Please call 713-462-6474 for an RMA number.
NO returns of parts, maintenance kits or network interface
cards.
Non defective printer or MFP returns must be within 30 days
of purchase or 1000 pages on the unit, which ever comes
first. Only one printer or MFP return allowed for for non
defective units. If you will be ordering multiple units of
the same model please start with one to see if it meets your
needs. Any printer or MFP returned must have a RMA number,
be in the original box and must have all documentation, CDs
and power cord that came with the printer. Refunds will only
be made to the credit card used on the original order.
Toner Returns: No toner returns after 30 days of purchase,
no toner that is open or if the mylar strips have been
removed may be returned. No returns on the following legacy
toners: TK-17, TK-20H, TK-30, TK-50H, TK-57, TK-60 and
TK-502 toners. Please only order what you can use.
PRIVACY POLICY: All information entered into PC&L's
web site is kept strictly confidential and will not be
distributed or sold to any company or individual. Your
information is used only to process your order. If you have
