The CS-1650, CS-2050 and CS-2550 family of mono digital copiers are multifunction machines that include network and local printing with the base units. These machines feature a very low TCO. TK-410 Toner for these machines is rated for 15,000 pages at 6% coverage for a cost per page of less than 4/10 of 1 cent per page for toner. The drum in the CS-1650 and CS-2050 is rated for 150,000 copies while the a-Si drum in the CS-2550 is rated for 300,000 pages The TCO for all three models with maintenance kits is 1/2 cent per page at the bench mark 6% coverage for copiers.

All three will copy and print up to 11 x 17 inch paper. The base CS-1650 holds up to 350 sheets of paper while the CS-2050 and CS-2550 come with an addition paper tray allowing 650 sheets of input in the base models. All three accept additional paper trays and can expand to hold up to 1250 sheets off paper in 4 paper trays and the multi-feed unit.

All three new models use the same Kyocera KX driver that all Kyocera printers use. The KX driver allows you to monitor and maintain all Kyocera devises from your desktop. The optional Scanning Systems allows you to scan documents to file for storage eliminating hard copy filing. The Scanning Systems also scans to e-mail allowing users to transmit documents electronically.

The optional FAX Systems features fast G3 faxing and allows users to send and receive faxes from their PC.
