Continuing on the success of the CS-1815, Kyocera has released the new CS-1820 that adds many additional features. 

Some of the new features include:  Fax option, new scan features that include scan to FTP (allows you to scan color documents and have them print directly on a color printer), scan to folder and TWAIN scanning off the USB port.   Kyocera's Command Center web interface is easy to navigate and makes the CS-1820 easy to use.  

CS-1820 is a true digital multi-function machine that comes standard as a mono network printer, a digital copier and scans in color.  It is small in size but big in features. The CS-1820 make s 18 copies or prints per minute, scan once copy many, electronic sorting, 600 x 600 DPI, a 250 sheet drawer and a 50 sheet multi-feed unit. Unlike other multi-function machines in this class, the CS-1820 uses long life engine components that deliver a low cost of ownership at about 1 cent per page.

Service:

PC&L is an authorized Kyocera Service Provider, our service area covers in Texas from Beaumont to the Valley, Austin to Corpus .  Our service personal are based out of Houston and San Antonio.  We only provide on-site service in this area.  Kyocera does not offer nation wide service on their copiers  like they do on their printers.  On the CS-1815 we offer a one year return to depot repair warranty that is upgradeable to on-site only in our service area.  If you purchase this model and you are out side our service area you will have to send it in for warranty repairs.
