Digital Copiers/Printers

PC&L has  increased the number digital copies/printers (multi-function) we offer.  We currently offer Color and Black & White models ranging from 15 to 25 copies per minute.  

PC&L is based in Houston, Texas with service techs in Houston and San Antonio. We provide on-site service for the model listed providing they're placed within our service area.

The CS-1500 and CS-1815 are small enough to be serviced via depot repair.

 

	Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490MF  Copy/ Print/Scan/FAX 20 b&w, 5 color pages per minute  only $779.00 This multi-function color laser unit comes network ready and will print of copy up to 20 pages per minute in black and white and 5 page per minute for full color.  It will also Scan through the USB port or to e-mails.   2400 x 600 DPI provides outstanding color print outs.  KONICA MINOLTA Simitri® Polymerized Toner ensures vibrant, durable prints that don't fade or smear.  The 2490MF comes standard with a 50 sheet document feeder for copying and an optional duplexer unit is available.   The 2490MF ships with full high yield toner cartridges rated for 4500 pages installed in the machine.  click here for more details
	Kyocera - Copystar CS-1016MFP  Copy/ Print/Scan  17 pages per minute only $479.00 Base on the Kyocera FS-820/920 printers, the CS-1016MFP delivers 17 digital copies or prints per minute a low cost per copy.   Printing is Windows based.   The CS-1016MFP has the smallest footprint in this class of digital copier. The CS-1016MFP will produce 100,00 images before any schedule maintenance is needed.   Until then all the user has to do is add toner, which is rated for 6,000 pages at 5% coverage.  This results is a low cost per page.   click here for more details

	CS-1820   COPY/PRINT/SCAN 18 Print/ Copy/ Scans per minute optional FAX Continuing on the success of the CS-1815, Kyocera has released the new CS-1820 that adds many additional features.  Some of the new features include:  Fax option, new scanning features that include scan to FTP (allows scanning color documents to a color printer to print acting like a color copier), scan to folder and TWAIN scanning off the USB port.   Kyocera's new Command Center web interface is easy to navigate and makes the CS-1820 easy to use.   CS-1820 is a true digital multi-function machine that comes standard as a mono network printer, a digital copier and scans in color.  It is small in size but big in features. The CS-1820 make s 18 copies or prints per minute, scan once copy many, electronic sorting, 600 x 600 DPI, a 250 sheet drawer and a 50 sheet multi-feed unit. CS-1650, CS-2050 & CS-2550     COPY/PRINT/SCAN/FAX (LARGE FORMAT) 16, 20  & 25 PPM Multi-function Copiers The CS-1650, CS-2050 and CS-2550 family of mono digital copiers are multifunction machines that include network and local printing with the base units.  These machines feature a very low TCO.  Cost per page is 1/2 cent per copy at 6% coverage.  The optional Scanning Systems allows you to scan documents to file for storage eliminating hard copy filing.  The Scanning Systems also scans to e-mail allowing users to transmit documents electronically.
